代表性学术成果
多年来从事聚合物/有机小分子光伏供体材料的合成及其BHJ-OSCs的性能研究,代表性成果包括:
1.以喹喔啉和异靛蓝为双受体构建单元,联噻吩(2T)或三噻吩(3T)为给体单元设计合成了一系列具有D-A1-D-A2构型窄带隙聚合物给体材料,基于聚合物P3TQTI-F的光伏器件的PCE=7.0%,Jsc=15.49 mA/cm2,Voc=0.67 V,FF=67.4%。(Q. Tao, et al., Macromolecules, 2015, 48, 1009−1016);
2.开发了一种新型的弱吸电子受体单元:苯并二噻吩-2,6-二羧酸酯(V-BDTC),合成了一系列基于该受体单元和不同给体D单元的D-A型宽带隙聚合物光伏材料,其中基于聚合物PV-BDTC2其PCE值达到了7.49%,Voc高达1.03 V。(Q. Tao, et al., J. Mater. Chem. A, 2016, 4, 18792–18803,封面文章)
